Title: V26-0013 Public Hearing – Vacate Petition by Vladimir Rodriguez and Elenaivis Gonzalez to vacate a portion of a platted public utility easement located at 11237 Wheeling Drive in Greater Carrollwood Northdale, within Folio No. 023830-4236. Adopt a Resolution vacating a portion of a platted public utility easement, consisting of approximately 280 square feet (0.01 acres) within Lot 21, Block 1, of the plat of Henderson Road Subdivision Unit No. 3, as recorded in Plat Book 47, Page 45, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida. The petitioners, Vladimir Rodriguez and Elenaivis Gonzalez, have submitted this request to resolve the encroachment of (i) a pool enclosure, (ii) a lanai extension and enclosure, (iii) and a new roof structure into the public utility easement. Adopt a Resolution vacating a portion of a platted public utility easement, consisting of approximately

280 square feet (0.01 acres) within Lot 21, Block 1, of the plat of Henderson Road Subdivision

Unit No. 3, as recorded in Plat Book 47, Page 45, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.

The petitioners, Vladimir Rodriguez and Elenaivis Gonzalez, have submitted this request to resolve the

encroachment of (i) a pool enclosure, (ii) a lanai extension and enclosure, (iii) and a new roof structure

into the public utility easement. These encroaching structures were constructed by prior owners and are

the subject of an open code compliance case HC-CMP-25-0000511, which is pending resolution of this

vacate and a future variance application for setback relief. County departments, agencies, and utility

providers have raised no objections to this request. Estimated costs for required advertising per statute,

recording fees, and processing are accounted for in the Petitioner’s application fee of $40.
