Approve the attached resolution and covenant granting a historic preservation property tax exemption for
rehabilitation of the hotel building located at 905 N Florida Ave. (Folio 193320.0000), a Local Historic
Landmark, effective January 1, 2027, through December 31, 2036. The estimated FY 26 loss of ad
valorem tax revenue will be approximately $230,370.13.
