Accept the plat for recording for Oak Haven Manors Phase 2, located in Section 32, Township
20, and Range 20. Accept a Performance Bond in the amount of$278,885.00, and authorize the
Chairman to execute the Subdivider's Agreement for Construction of Required Improvements.
Also accept a Performance Bond for Placement of Lot Corners in the amount of$5,375.00, and
authorize the Chairman to execute the Subdivider's Agreement for Performance - Placement of
Lot Corners.
