Title: Brookside Phase 4B & 4C Pl#5571 Accept the plat for recording for Brookside Phase 4B & 4C, located in Section 08, Township 32, and Range 19, and grant permission to the Development Review Division of Development Services Department to administratively accept the On-site and Off-site Improvement Facilities (roads, drainage, sidewalks, water, and wastewater) for Maintenance upon proper completion, submittal and approval of all required documentation. and Range 19, and grant permission to the Development Review Division of Development

School Concurrency was approved for Phase 4B based on a Developer Agreement and a

payment of $281,293.00 was made on April 28, 2023.
