Accept the plat for recording for Brookside Phase 4B & 4C, located in Section 08, Township 32,
and Range 19, and grant permission to the Development Review Division of Development
Services Department to administratively accept the On-site and Off-site Improvement Facilities
(roads, drainage, sidewalks, water, and wastewater) for Maintenance upon proper completion,
